The service was exceptional and Jessica my stylist was experienced, really listened to me, and cut my hair exactly how I wanted. This was one of the best cuts I have ever had. Left the salon feeling fabulous. Will definatey return.

Great hair salon, thank you Tim for another great haircut, alway leave feeling well pampered. This is the best salon in clacton, all the staff are very friendly & helpful. Tim is great, always feel very well looked after & the glass of wine is a bonus, highly recommend

I absolutely love how Nicole colours and cuts my hair - she takes the time to make sure that my hair is just how I want it. She is really friendly, chatty and makes my visit to the salon a pleasure. I cannot recommend her and Hoop Salon highly enough. See you in August for my next appointment.

I’m never disappointed when I leave after having my hair done, Katie is amazing, talks you through what she will be doing, would recommend hoop salon to anyone.

Hayley ......what can I say, I walked out of the salon tonight feeling like a new woman. A re-style and I can be hard to please but an absolute credit to your salon.....colour and cut perfect and so friendly, feel like I've know her for years. Made my 11 year old daughter feel so special as well, she loves her new haircut

I confess I was scared at "going short" and my stomach knotted as my hair fell to the floor!! However I could not be more delighted with the results - Tim is a genius and master of his craft. Thank you so much for dragging me into the 21st century!!

I attended my first appointment at Hoop on Friday the 11th of December 2020. I found the covid standard to be very good - and I felt comfortable and safe. I saw Jess who was very friend and very thorough in finding out what style I wanted. Very easy to talk to. Overall I was very happy with the service provided and look forward to going back.
