OUR CANCELLATION POLICY
We can accommodate appointment movements or cancellations up to 24 hours before your appointment time, however if you choose to cancel after this time you will be charged 50% of your appointment. If you fail to turn up to your appointment you will be charged 100%.
Certain services will require a 50% deposit upon booking. Deposits will be deducted from your bill on the day of your service. Late cancellations or failing to show up for your appointment will result in a loss of deposit.
